About Bids and Pieces

This addon is a collection of features that try to come together to extend the world of TFC+ far and wide, but especially back.

You won't find huge conceptual changes here, or anything that upsets the progression and balance... much. To the contrary, many features simply add things to do in the early tech levels, perhaps even lessening the urge to progress, although with limited scope and function, so that the reasons to progress are not entirely removed.

While TFC+ places you into Neolithic era one step away from metallurgy, with this addon, you are at liberty to hang back and survive as a post-glacial Mesolithic hunter-gatherer utilizing flint tools, weapons and pre-pottery textiles and then prosper as a Neolithic farmer-settler shaping stone and wood alike to your advantage.

Paleolithic

Flint Knapping to replace TFC stone tools using rocks as hammerstones, antler Billet and bone Pressure Flaker
Hand Axe as the very first tool
Enhanced Firepit and Straw Tinder with Fire Plow as the basic fire starter
Basic Woodworking can be used to craft wooden spears, Digging Stick and Wooden Shovel
Harness the fire to make Hardened Wooden Spear and more
Processing Surface, Soaking Surface, Drying Surface to process, soak and dry materials directly in the world
Decorative Surface to place certain items on floors and walls
Single block Drying Rack
Stick Bundles to organize your sticks
