Description

Edible seeds represent non-cereal seeds of certain plants that are separated from mature plant by refining or threshing that can be consumed or otherwise processed.

Flax

Craft flax with a knife to acquire Flax Stalk and Flax Seeds.

Flax seeds can be consumed directly as Protein, or added into various meals.

Flax seeds can be pressed into Flax Seed Oil.

Flax Seed Oil can be used as fuel in Clay Lamp and as an ingredient in making Soap.

Notes

• Flax Seed and Flax Seed Oil are commonly referred to as Linseed and Linseed Oil.
