Captain Alyssa Makstis is a 46-year-old Sapphorian Woman and the current serving Captain of the Fivaviana Town Guard. She has appeared in game, but her spite and face set are placeholder assets at the present time.

Captain Makstis is a career guardswoman, joining at the age of 26 upon completion of her university studies. She rose through the ranks, finally catching the attention of Governess Kisimi and earning promotion to Captain after her predecessor's retirement.

Captain Makstis can be met in the Fivaviana Guard Precinct when Abbie is trying to convince Claree to have Mirabelle's underwear removed from her mouth so that Abbie can speak to her. She deputises Abbie, allowing her to assist with civilian support duties.
