Magical Missy! was a spoof announcement made on April 1st 2022. It was an April Fools joke, and would have seen the introduction of magic to the game's world, a clear change from the established canon. In addition to this, the game's artwork would be remade in Koikatsu Sunshine to make it more anime and cartoonish. Several renders were made to sell the joke, including KKS versions of Missy and Jessica.

The entire thing parodies over-the-top Japanese cartoons, and a video was made in which "Magical Missy" confronts "Demon Queen Jessica" and rains fireballs on her, doing massive damage which barely affects her health bar.

The joke was well-received, and several contributors expressed a wish that it could be used for real.

Trivia:

The Japanese kanji in the title graphic is machine-translated from "Pussy-licking slut!" though god only knows what it ended up saying in Japanese.
