Cordelia Kisimi is a 19-year-old Sapphorian Noblewoman. She is the sixth and youngest daughter of Governess Clementine Kisimi. She has appeared in-game, but does not yet have a character model, and her sprite and face set are both placeholder assets. She is described as extremely attractive, and many of the population of Fivaviana hope to woo her in an attempt to marry into the Nobility, even being willing to overlook her psychopathic and libertine tendencies, both of which are very pronounced, even for a noble girl, most likely due to her young age.

Cordelia can be met in Chapter Five. Her unwanted attentions are stressing out Tina, a girl working at the Sacapuntas Hotel Bar. Cordelia has a meeting scheduled with Scarlett Raine, a representative of the Mulligan Corporation, but Abbie's intervention results in her being mobbed by admirers instead, a situation that is greatly to her liking.
