The Mulligan Corporation is one of the largest companies in Sapphory. With operations spanning every city on the island, and even parts of the outside world, Mulligan is a corporate behemoth of a kind not seen since the days of the Ancient World. It counts all of the noble families among its major shareholders and is responsible for most large infrastructure projects.

Scarlett Raine works as an emissary for the corporation, and is responsible for managing its relationship with the various noble houses.
