Chelsea is a 19-year-old schoolgirl in her first year at Saint Alancia's. She is of average height and build with blonde hair and green eyes. She is something of a happy-go-lucky girl and has cultivated a slightly mad persona for herself. She enjoys sunbathing at school, though she is constantly worried that this might unintentionally reveal her underwear to the schoolyard. (It does.)
