Celine is a 25-year-old Sapphorian woman with blonde hair and blue eyes. She is a former pupil at Saint Alancia's and the previous leader of The Bad Girls. She now works at a strip club in The Red Light District.

The Rise of Poppy

Two years ago, Celine was in her final year at Saint Alancias. She was the leader of the Bad Girls, but led them at a time of weakness when both their numbers and their influence were badly diminished. Unusually, she remained active and involved with her clique, where most girls in their final year focus on their studies. This may explain why she is now a stripper.
