Lady Seraphina Kisimi (BSE 35 - SY 41) was a Sapphorian Noblewoman and served as the first Governess of Fivaviana after the rise of the Nobility. She was a member of the original Sovereign Coalition, the group of wealthy families who usurped and overthrew the Citizen's Council. For this, she was rewarded by her close friend Queen Isabella I with the rule most plum province outside of the capital.
