Shannon is a 20-year-old schoolgirl in her second year at Saint Alancia's. She has blonde hair and blue eyes. She is a member of the Bad Girls and something of a bully. She is known to flout the school underwear rules, and then attempt to barter or steal other girls' panties when she gets wind that her class is to be subjected to a Uniform Inspection.
