Mirabelle is a 25-year-old Sapphorian woman. She has brown hair and dark green eyes. She is quite short, but otherwise averagely proportioned. She lives in Fivaviana. She is the ex-girlfriend of Elizabeth Paris, but states that their relationship was shallow and mostly physical. It is not stated whether or not they were exclusive to one another.

Mirabelle can be found in the stockade in Chapter Five, naked and gagged with her own underwear. She has been put in this position by order of Governess Kisimi or one of her agents for speaking out against The Nobility. She has information that Abbie requires in order to clear the chapter, and she must therefore find a way to speak to Mirabelle without the panty-gag. She achieves this by volunteering with the Town Guards which allows her to deliver food to Mirabelle during her break from being punished. She is also required to apply sunblock to Mirabelle by Claree as payment for her help.

Later in Chapter Six, Mirabelle is still in the stocks, but is once again of help to Abbie in directing her to the flower shop where she will be able to enlist the help of a lockpicker to get her into Elizabeth's house. Mirabelle is still in the stockade by the time Abbie leaves Fivaviana, though she first expresses that she would be interested in a sexual relationship with Abbie, were she to remain in the town longer.
