Hayley Victoria is a 23-year-old schoolgirl and prefect in her fifth year at Saint Alancia's school for girls. She has red hair and brown eyes, and is voluptuous without being overweight. She is a Popular Girl, but as a fifth-year prefect has largely risen above the squabbles of the lower school. She is extremely intelligent and devious, appearing to the teachers and her mothers as a perfectly behaved young lady while getting away with various outrageous behaviours behind their backs. By doing so, she has risen to become a prefect and now has the entire school, including the bad girls, at her mercy, making her an exemplar to all the other Popular Girls.

Hayley openly abuses her position as a prefect in order to sexually partake of any girl she wishes that has misbehaved and wishes to avoid punishment. She quickly corrupts the much purer Cindy to do the same.
