Cindy Meir is a 23-year-old schoolgirl prefect in her fifth year at Saint Alancia's. She has black hair and brown eyes and is slender. Her teacher is Miss Argolla. Cindy attained the position of prefect through near-perfect behaviour throughout her first four years at the school, and is idealistic, believing that prefects are incorruptable. Hayley quickly disabuses her of this fantasy on her first day.
