Lady Flower Estate is the largest suburban population centre in Sapphory City. Stretching North to South across most of the Western side of the city, it accounts for nearly 40% of the total surface area of the city. It is located between the sea and the town centre, and has a wide variation in house prices and desirability, with lower-priced properties located near the Red Light District and Great Arena, while many of the seafront properties close to the wharf command prices rivalling those of Lady Gardens.

Lady Flower is home to Missy, Stacey, Karen, Emily, Isabelle and several other in-game characters.

Trivia

Like all of the residential estates in the game, its name is a euphemism for female genitalia.
