The Open Path HMIS Warehouse Report Guide highlights popular reports available in the Open Path Warehouse and serves as a comprehensive overview of each report’s description, universe, and results. Updates to this guide are made regularly to align with updates made to the reports themselves.

There are a few important considerations to keep in mind while running reports:

• Available filters and the format will vary by report.
• Projects, project groups, organizations, CoCs, and data source filters may vary depending on your permission settings and user role.

Universe Selection

The Universe Selection is a set of prompts that are configured by the user to run a report in the Warehouse. There are four commonly used versions of Universe Selection in the Warehouse, including Additive, Live, Simple, and Project Search. Note that additional filters may be visible on specific reports and are noted in individual report documentation.
