Review and publish the state-level homelessness report for public consumption.

The State Level Homelessness Report Generator uses the Simple Universe Selection.

Revision History

• 7/2023 - Count unique Heads of Household instead of unique HouseholdIDs when counting households to prevent having more households than clients.
• 4/2022 - Enable yearly charting in addition to quarterly charting
• 1/2022 - Enforce a minimum threshold for client counts shown
• 6/2021 - Initially developed in conjunction with the state of Massachusetts

Calculation Notes

• Homeless counts are counts of distinct clients who received service within the quarter or year in a homeless project
• As much as possible standard HMIS calculations are used.
• Chronic calculations are HUD Chronic at Entry
