Results
1. Viewing Reports
The report populates results upon navigation to the report. The total number of clients and households are displayed at the top of the report. Additional sections are displayed as tables within the report. If a Comparison Period is selected, the results will be displayed adjacent to the Reporting Period.
The count in each of the tables also serves as a link to a list of clients and basic demographic information. If sections are loading slowly, click Section not loading? A new tab will open in the browser with the information from that section

2. Adults and Children by Gender and Average Age
There are two tables that count the number of individuals and average age by gender. The first table includes Adults over the age of 18; the second table includes Children under the age of 18. Individuals may be counted in multiple gender categories, but the All category includes an unduplicated count for each table.

3. Age Breakdowns
The Age Breakdowns table includes a count and percentage for each age range. Age is determined by the age of the individual at entry or the start of the report range, whichever is greater. The age ranges under 24 vary to accommodate specific age requirements for youth projects.

6. Indefinite and Impairing Disabilities
The Indefinite and Impairing Disabilities table includes a breakdown of disability type by count and percentage. Disabilities are calculated from the entire client record, even if the data collection occurred outside the chosen date range and project set. An individual will be included in the disability table if they have a disability type that is recorded as indefinite and impairing and there are no subsequent ‘No’ responses for that disability. Individuals may be counted in multiple disability categories.
A summary of total persons with a disability, identified as indefinite and impairing, is captured in the At Least One Disability row of the table.

9. Number of Times and Number of Months on the Streets, ES, or SH in the Past 3 Years
There are two tables that include the homeless history by the number of time and number of months on the streets, ES, or SH in the past 3 years. Both tables include the count and percentage of each breakdown. The results in this table come from the most recent enrollment within the date range for each client.
