Description

A tool to generate Built-For-Zero monthly reporting and send the data via the BfZ API directly to Bfz. This report uses system cohorts to determine which clients should be counted in each category.

Revision History

• 4/2022 - Initially Developed in conjunction with the Springfield-Hampden County Continuum of Care
• 7/2022 - Separate chronic veterans from all veterans
• 5/2024 - Report only adult-only households when reporting chronic clients
