Description

Clients who first used residential services within a given date range.

Universe

The First Time Homeless Report uses the Simple Universe Selection.

Calculation Notes

• First-time homeless is calculated across the installation, each client only receives one "first-time" date (it does not look for gaps, just the initial time a client showed up in the system.)
