The Homeless Populations Report uses the Simple Universe Selection.

Calculation Notes

• Homeless counts are counts of distinct clients who received service within the quarter in a homeless project
• Housed counts are counts of clients who were enrolled in a PH project and had a move-in date within or before the quarter in question
