Jimsonweed is a member of the Nightshade family. Light other nightshades, every part of the plant contains varying levels of atropine that can make it dangerous consume.
They can be found growing in jungle biomes (including both sparce and bamboo jungle biomes). It has 4 growth stages with the final stage featuring a pinkish flower. Like the Sweet Berry Bush the plants at their higher stages of growth will harm the player and other entities when moving through them.

Jimsonweed plants can be harvested right-clicking (using) shears on them to farm the fruit without breaking the plant. The type of crops obtained depends on the growth stage of the plant. Harvesting when it is fully grown will yield only seed pods, whilst harvesting earlier will provide leaves.
Jimsonweed can be farmed by hand or automatically using bonemeal which will simultaneously grow and harvest seed pods (if it is already fully mature).
Jimsonweed seeds are dropped when breaking the plant, or can be crafted by placing a seed pod into the crafting table. Jimsonweed seeds can be planted on a grass block to grow a new plant.
In 1.21 the seeds can be boiled with water in the Bunsen Burner to produce jimsonweed extract. In versions prior to that, the fluid can only be obtained through the crafting table or Wooden Vat.
As Jimsonweed doesn't produce any fruit, the only harvest you can get from this plant when it is fully grown are its seed pods. Seed pods can be used to obtain large amounts of jimsonweed seeds that are useful for extracting their atropine or replanting to produce more of the same plant.
Jimsonweed leaves can be harvested from the plant by right-clicking (using) shears on a juvinal (not fully grown) version of the plant. Shearing it reduces the plant's age by 1 but will drop between 1 and 3 leaves that can be dried and smoked.

Dried jimsonweed leaves can be smoked using a Bong or a Smoking Pipe.
Jimsonweed is a source of Atropine. Both the seeds and pods can be can be combined with water in a mash tub to produce jimsonweed extract, with small amounts of atropine. In its base form this isn't very concentrated, so the fluid has to be concentrated into a perfume and then concentrated further to obtain stronger effects.
Warning
As of 1.21, all "extracts" fluids have to be processed using the bunsen burner instead of the distiller.
