Syringes are the preferred method for applying chemicals (Cocaine, Caffeine, Bath Salts) or Natural Extracts ( Morning Glory Extract, Belladonna Extract, Jimsonweed Extract) to the player.

Chemicals will have greater and more immediate effects when inserted intravenously.

To inject fluid using the syringe, fill it with a fluid from a Bottle or contraption and press and hold use while it is selected in the hotbar.

Syringes can be used offensively in combat by left-clicking mobs with the syringe in the main or off-hand. When hitting players the syringe will inject its contents and deal a small damage bonus for being sharp.
