Elamite cuneiform ≈ 2200 BC replacing Proto-Elamite and Linear Elamite.
Elamite cuneiform appears to have used far fewer signs than its Akkadian prototype and initially relied primarily on syllabograms, but logograms became more common in later texts. Many signs soon acquired highly distinctive local shape variants that are often difficult to recognise as related to their Akkadian prototypes.
Linear Elamite is now (partly/almost) deciphered by Francois Desset and his team. Their recent paper lacks some of the great explanations and diagrams of earlier papers, it is highly recommended to read these as well, and watch a seminar https://www.youtube.com/results?search_query=desset+elamite.
Near identical building plans of the early temples and very similar early Egyptian and Sumerian ceremonies clearly demonstrate that these are not mere trade-artefacts, but in fact proof of a common anchestry of both higher civilizations. The connection with Susa is even stronger (cultic items, decimal numbers, …).
Before Elamite and Cuneiform diverged they had a very close semantic and pictographic correspondences:
Both used Sexagesimal counting except for Animals and Slaves which were counted Decimal in Susa!
𒆳 𒊩𒆳 𒊩 were near identical signs for workeslaves (𒊩 missed the 𒁹 in Susa)
𒋡 KA 𓂓 was combined with 𒊩 and 𒆳 in Susa and had a similar form (and meaning) in Uruk
𒇻 𒈧 𒈦 had a similar 𒈦 sign for shee goats, 𒇻 with horns appears in both (Susa round without 𒈦)
Vessels looked similar and were both combined with 𒆳 and 𒆜 KASKAL cheese?
𓌸 ploughs 𒀳 looked slightly similar to 𓍁, as did arrows 𒋾 (naturally)
𒀭 signified a low-status human in early Susa! Maybe as (¬high)servant, or as ethnic contrast to Uruk? (vs 𒈾!)
High status humans in Susa are tentative, abstract and have no equivalent in Uruk, one is combined with an animal, one looks a bit like 𔒴 another like 𐘃𓈙 in a box
Bisexagesimal numbering of grain products was similar
Unfortunately these common number tablets are absent from egypt, so that details of the common anchestries divergence are lost.

different strokes and dots may have different significance.
(Three) dots seem to be a simplified orthography for gunu!
since these two signs were identified as variants:
Evidence is given by the Indus gunification of ( )
In all these it is also accompanied by vertical mirroring!
Also see , but not .
The nu might be a simplified gunu,
However and have different reconstructed values, disproving that theory.
Simplification of the gunu variants , may suggest a 𒉺 P component, or is coincidental.

lipa-me "Dienst" < lipa- "Diener" √labor
husa-me "Wald" < husa- "Holz, Baum" •huˡsa , Esche

Cuneiform Correspondences
Before Elamite and Cuneiform diverged they had a very close semantic and pictographic correspondences.
Vague cuneiform form correspondences, direct or complement (rotations etc)
The phonetics may match without the semantics, or vice versa.
Important to remember that all Akkadian signs as displayed in normal cuneiform fonts are rotated by 90°
Rotation is already rampant in Linear Elamite, so weak matches are independent of orientation.
Oftentimes an indirect connection can be established, despite graphic and phonetic divergence.
Many signs have clear Egyptian counterparts without (used) cuneiform antagonists 𓎫

Direct association with numbers, though almost guaranteed through 6*12=60 scheme, is uncertain, or impossible.
Likely separate pattern, since any sequence three tetra is in conflict with inner signs …
Syn & Sum
Since this syllabary was certainly practised like our ABC, we might look into poetry with similar metric:
5 morae
̄ ̆ ̄ cretic
̆ ̄ ̄ bacchius
6 morae
̄ ̆ ̆ ̄ choriamb
̆ ̆ ̄ ̄ ionic (a minore)
𒈝]] NUM
𒈱]][[𒋞
me
The value me for is additionally confirmed by the fact that both the cuneiform Elamite syllable me (the suffix for abstract nouns) and the LE sign are optional in their actual use: cuneiform Elamite shows free variation between kušik-me u-me vs. kušik u-me “my construction” or sunki-me u-me vs. sunki u-me “my kingdom.” This pattern is reflected in LE sequences like vs. (Mäder et al. 2018: tabs. 12–14).

Numbers
Numbers in Elamite are unknown. Candidates:
The Syllabary itself uses very Mesopotamian numbers though: 5 vowels * 12 consonants = 60 syllables the proven basis of Proto-Elamite number tablets. Speculation: The external 5 'heavenly' vowels and 12 alphabetic signs may correspond to the 5 planets and 12 months/zodiacs/gods. Sun and Moon dont fit in this schema exept for the extra 'zero' whole. 0≈ø≈𓇳

12 year orbit of Jupiter along the ecliptic, used to define Babylonian zodiacs
13 cursed number (mixing 12 consonants with holy vocal row)
36 Egyptian decans form a year ( 66 / 312 / 310+6 )
60 A bi-monthly period of 60 days (six decans) constitutes a half-season ( minutes in hour )
100 𓅱 𓏲 10 decans, significance? counting 𓅱 Animals and Slaves.
360 Six half-seasons + 5 gods constitute a year ( seconds in hour )
** Sumerian or an Elamite(!) origin for these Babylonian constellations was proposed
The best evidence for early Mesopotamian constellations and star names still remains with texts dated to the 2nd-millennium BCE (circa 1800 BCE). There is no evidence of any established system of any of astral omens or astronomy in the Sumerian sources. There are no cuneiform texts from the 3rd-millennium BCE containing records of astronomical observations. However, the eminent assyriologist Hermann Hunger ("The Cultic Calendars of the Ancient Near East." in The Journal of the American Oriental Society, October-December, 1996) states: "While there is no doubt that the sky was observed in Sumerian times for the purpose of omens and probably also in connection with cultic actions, this is not astronomy, which involves measuring and computing." Systematic astronomical observations are not indicated as being part of Sumerian tradition. Their cosmology contains mythic elements. The extent to which Sumerian myths related to astronomical objects i.e., planets, remains uncertain.

piṭātu
Use of pí, Egyptian archers
The archers were part of the Egyptian army, and often requested by the Canaanite vassal city-states, when writing to the Pharaoh in the Amarna letters. They were named the pitati, Akkadian language "piṭātu",[6] "troops of soldiers", and spelled in a variety of ways, often starting with the bi sign as pí.
A partial listing of spellings of "ERIM.MEŠ-pitati", by Amarna letter:

The Shimashki or Simashki dynasty (𒈗𒂊𒋛𒈦𒄀𒆠, lugal-ene si-mash-giki "Kings of the country of Simashgi"), was an early dynasty of the ancient region of Elam, to the southeast of Babylonia, in approximately 2100-1900 BCE.
