Brahui language may be closet living relative of Elamite
https://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Brahui_language
https://github.com/pannous/swadesh/blob/master/Dravidian.tsv
The relationship becomes most evident in the pronouns: Elamite Brahui Meaning u, hu ای /iː/ I ni, nu نی /niː/ nǐ 你 (you) e او ō he ni-ka nan nous (we) num num nimen 你门 (yous) 𒉡𒌝 num 𒉡𒈪 numi 𒉡𒈬𒌦 numuun
Other noteworthy pronouns: e, i (in,ir) "he, his, him, her" (ihn, ihr; er) ù-me me mich ú-in ú-ni-na mein mine un-ra (ein)jeder asi "one" 1
And in a plethora of cognates (according to McAlpin, Southworth) Doubtful methodology: McAlpin connects kēraɣ <> šara but also daŕ- 'to descend' with šá-ar.ki-si Taburaum Many "WTF" moments in his ad hoc connections, way too much semantic leeway.
Some example correspondences between Brahui and Elamite (with near exact meaning and sound) are sound.
For the majority of historical linguists, the Elamo-Dravidian hypothesis remains unproven
Excessive borrowing of Baluchi/Shind/Persian loans makes a linguistic comparison of vocabulary difficult.
