The Orbinaut Badnik is an object in Sonic the Hedgehog, appearing in Labyrinth and Star Light Zone. Like (almost) all other badniks in the game, it can be defeated with a single hit, creating an explosion, a points graphic, and spawning an animal in the process. Orbinauts come in two colors, and their behavior depends on their color. Blue and Red Orbinauts will throw their spikeballs at Sonic, while Green and Yellow Orbinauts keep its spikeballs close, in a defensive manner.
