Travel in a bolt of lightning to somewhat inaccurately teleport a Long distance.

• Teleport to a random Location within Circle: 3 of the targeted Location.
• If the random Location is occupied by an enemy, that enemy takes 200 Lightning Damage.
• Creates a Very Bright Light Source that lasts an Extremely Short Duration at the targeted Location.

2	Reduces the Area of Effect to Circle: 2, +40 Arcane Resonance
