A Targeted Action is a type of Action that is used directly on a Location or a character (if it is an Attack). If a Targeted Action is used and there is only one target in Range that fulfills the Conditions of the Action, the Action will automatically be applied to that target, if there are multiple targets the character can choose any one of them to apply the Action to.
Along with all the normal properties of an Action Targeted Actions have one additional property.
