Meeting Schedule Assistant helps you create a variety of schedules for meetings held at the Kingdom Hall. It includes tools to track who has handled each assignment and when. You can sync schedule information with Google or Outlook calendars, and the application provides a rich set of default report templates that you can customise as needed.
Meeting Schedule Assistant supports several roles within the congregation. Select the areas that apply to you:
Tools are provided to help you maintain a database of congregations, their speakers, and the talk outlines each speaker gives. You can also manage information about public talk outlines and prepare a number of reports for printing or sharing.
