In some windows several rows can be selected at once. Some functions in these windows support the multi-selection, for example: material requirement list, multi-deletion. The current row is also seen always as selected.

NOTE Not all functions in a screen with multiple selection do support this feature,

Multiple selection Not possible in all screens, in structure view only entries of the same type can be selected. Some entries like journal entries cannot be selected. Key Meaning Shift+click Select all from previous row until the currently clicked one Shift+Cursor up/down Select all from current row to new line break Ctrl+click Add current entry to selection ( previous selection is kept) Ctrl+A Select all Click on entry or change row with cursor Selection removed, only the current entry is selected
