The following sequence applies to editing a data record:

Showing a list of all data records

Search options trough

• SEARCH screen
• SEARCH field
• Right mouse button on column title

Selecting a data record through

• Double-click
• Edit button
• Clicking Open data record on the toolbar

Copy&Paste Various data sets as calculation schemas or templates can be transferred between instances of beas or between data bases. A text string is copied to the clipboard which can be sent via EMail.

Drop down fields

The selected data set is marked by default. Colors, images and format are supported. Title is displayed in many drop down fields. Drop down fields have a uniform view for all windows, for example standard warehouse view. New functions/properties are available immediately in all windows, all rules, icons, color controls are considered.
