All beas system functions are controlled in the main menu. Only menu items are displayed, for which the user has authorizations. See user rights

If beas is started without SAP Business One only beas - functions are displayed. Use right click to switch between menu types. See configuration wizard - view - menu If beas is started within SAP Business One as Add On, the beas - menu is integrated into the SAP Business One - menu.

Note The documentation refers always to the menu-setting "default" Customized menu items ans entries made by beas - Add ons are currently possible only in "beas2009" menu.
