Ingredients
- chicken remains
- 8 cups water
- 1 large onion, quartered
- 3 stalks celery
- 3 carrots, cut into 2 inch pieces
- 1 bay leaf
- 1 teaspoon grated fresh ginger
Procedure
Place ingredients in Instant Pot. Run Soup/Broth program for 240 minutes.
Remove solids.
Cool. Skim off congealed fat. Strain.
