Ingredients

• 16 oz 16 Bean Soup mix
• 1 onion
• 1 carrot
• 2 Stalks celery
• 2 bay leaves
• 48 oz chicken stock
• 1x Old El Paso Taco Seasoning
• Cajun Seasoning to taste

Procedure

Soak beans 24 hours

Saute onion, carrot and celery.

Add beans, taco seasoning and chicken stock. Simmer several hours.

Season to taste.
