Ingredients

• 16 oz 16 Bean Soup mix
• 1 onion
• 1 carrot
• 2 Stalks celery
• 2 bay leaves
• 48 oz chicken stock (1 oz Better Than Bouillon)
• 16 Bean Soup Flavoring

Procedure

Soak beans 24 hours

Saute onion, carrot and celery.

Transfer mirepoix to Instant Pot, add beans, seasoning and chicken stock. Simmer several hours (Soup/Low/240).

Season to taste.
