Unlike most games, there are no arbitrary limits to how many Amulets a character can wear, but if they wear more than 1, the Amulets will inevitably start to jangle against each other, causing any Actions the character takes to generate 50% more Sound for each additional Amulet. This extra Sound generation can be mitigated with additional Attenuation, but since the penalty is multiplicative it will be much harder to overcome for Actions that generate substantial amounts of Sound.
Amulets are always Enchanted with Armor Enchantments, but they are much better than Armor at containing the Arcane Resonance of those Enchantments. Any Enchantment on an Amulet generates only 25% of the Arcane Resonance it would on a piece of Armor.
