The Cork is an object in Sonic the Hedgehog, appearing in Labyrinth Zone. It can also be placed in Scrap Brain Zone Act 3 via Debug Mode, though the object isn't found here in the final game. It's a solid block that, when underwater, floats to the water's surface. It is usually meant as a means of vertical transportation, though it can pose as a crushing hazard in specific instances.
This object was once a subtype of Object 56.
