getLoopCount(<sShipName>, <sAnimName>)
Returns the number of times the animation will loop. Current loop is included. Will be 0 for animations with no looping.
<sShipName>: Sob* Passed from game
<sAnimName>: the name of the mesh animation from the ".mad" file.
