Tools - 3dct/open_iA GitHub Wiki

By default, these tools (implemented in modules) are shipped with open_iA:

  • 4DCT - analyzing the evolution of damage in a time series of CT datasets
  • AI - allows execution of ONNX networks using ONNX runtime
  • CoSi - visual comparison of similarities in high-dimensional data ensembles
  • DreamCaster - optimiziation of specimen placement
  • Dynamic Volume Lines - interactive visual analysis of sets of 3D volumes.
  • FeatureAnalyzer - analyze parameter space of feature characterization pipelines
  • FeatureScout (formerly known as FiberScout) - analyzing feature (=object) characteristics
  • FIAKER - analyze and compare results of (iterative) fiber reconstruction algorithms
  • FuzzyFeatureTracking - track the development of damage in a time series of CT datasets
  • GEMSe - analyze the parameter space of multi-modal image segmentation algorithms
  • ImNDT - analyze feature (=object) characteristics in an immersive environment in VR
  • InSpectr - visualize combination of CT with spectral datasets
  • MObjects - mean object over multiple e.g. pores
  • Multi-Modal Transfer Functions - defining transfer functions and weightings for blending two to three modalities for interactively comparing the modalities
  • PorosityAnalyzer - analyze parameter and result space of porosity computation pipelines.
  • Remote - remote rendering module, enabling clients to connect to an analysis in open_iA.
  • XVRA - cross-virtuality analysis of rich X-ray computed tomography data

Test datasets for most of these tools are included in our test datasets. You can extend open_iA by developing your own modules.
