FIAKER is a tool that supports the workflow of exploring, visually debugging, and comparing results of (iterative) algorithms for tomographic reconstruction and characterization of 3D objects (especially for fibers, the main use case it was developed for). FIAKER supports the analysis of results from different algorithms as well as from different parameterizations of algorithms, including the individual steps of iterative algorithms. Insight into the aggregated performance of each algorithm is provided by a list-based ranking interface. A 3D view offers interactive visualization techniques, for example to provide deeper insight into the spatially aggregated performance of the examined algorithms and parameterizations.
