Parent Guide

The parent account manages the family, swimmers, meets, results, goals, and access.

After signing in, you start on Overview.

Choose a swimmer

Use the swimmer selector at the top of the page.

Check the selected swimmer before adding a meet, result, or goal.

Add or edit swimmers

1. Open People & access.
2. Choose Add swimmer.
3. Complete the form and save.
4. To update an existing swimmer, choose Edit beside their name.

Find your way around

Page	What you can do
Overview	View recent swims, goals, and upcoming meets.
Results	Add, edit, or delete recorded swim times.
Progress	View race history by event and course.
Goals	Set personal goals and time standards.
Meets	Create meets, add events, and record race results.
People & access	Manage swimmers, family members, permissions, and kid devices.
Family portal	View the family experience and send cheers.
Kid view	Preview the swimmer's page.

Plan a meet

1. Select the swimmer.
2. Open Meets.
3. Choose Add meet and save the meet details.
4. Choose Add event on the meet.
5. Select the course and event, then save.
6. Repeat for each race.

After each race, choose Enter result on its meet event.

Set goals

1. Open Goals.
2. Choose Set goal.
3. Select the event and course.
4. Enter a personal target and any time standards you want to track.
5. Save.

Matching goals appear on the swimmer's progress graph.

Give family members access

1. Open People & access.
2. Create a family code if you do not already have one.
3. Share the app link and code with your family member.
4. After they sign up and request access, find their request.
5. Select the swimmers they can follow.
6. Choose Approve selected swimmers.

You can change permissions or remove a member later.

Connect a swimmer's device

1. Open People & access.
2. Choose Connect kid device beside the swimmer.
3. Have the swimmer scan the QR code on their own phone, or enter the pairing code.
4. Complete the connection on their device.

The parent Kid view is a preview. Use device pairing to give the child their own swimmer access.

Change the family appearance

In People & access, find Family branding.

You can change the family name, colors, and picture. Choose Save appearance when finished.

The swimmer can also customize their bubble using Make it yours on their page.

Send a cheer

Open Family portal, choose the swimmer and a finished race, then use Family cheers to send a message.

Replies from the swimmer appear in that race's conversation.
