Operation catalog - Routing - Production routing - Calculation Edit routing External operation General Extended Tools Utilities Parallel Alternative Documents Special functions

Field description of the routing position Field Meaning Operation sequence hmtoggle_plus1 Position number The position number is counted in increments of 10. See Configuration wizard to set up. The field is alphanumeric with 20 digits.

Note The order is not related to position number, it is defined in the list of BOMs by Drag&Drop, it reflects the order of entry by default. Position number has not to be unambiguous.

The field "internal position number" (BEAS_STL.POS_ID) show the internal, continuous and unique ID.

Note on Update: Ii you updated to beas 9.1 PL: 08 from an older version, the position text and sorting will be pre-assigned with the previous internal ID (POS_ID).

Operation catalog: In operation catalog there are no operation numbers, only a catalog ID

Pre-calculation, routing and production: There you can edit the alphanumeric and the numeric position number

beas 9.1 PL: 08, BEAS_APL / BEAS_FTAPL.POS_TEXT

hmtoggle_plus1 Variants with script Left to the position field you can open the script window by clicking the formula icon ("display formula fields") Call-up is also possible via right click - script

Type Select a type from operation catalog Operation Reference to operation catalog definition. This can be used to adopt the information stored in the master data/operation, thus accelerating input. Resource The work station, personnel group, machine or machinery group or also external operation supplier or person on or through which the operation is conducted. In routing and production routing, it is mandato5ry to specify a resource. In operation catalog the resource is optional. See Resources Clocking Mandatory? hmtoggle_plus1 Defines whether clocking (factory data recording) is mandatory This is important when calculating the last operation. Definition: The last operation is the position in which "Clocking mandatory" is active for the last time. If, for instance, the finished assembly is entered at the last operation (depending on the setting), it can be determined this way (necessary if the last operation is "Take down", for instance, but it is not clocked)

If the last operation is NOT reportable, receipt is performed here for the last reportable routing, and not for the "Receipt for last routing" option.

Example: 10 not reportable 20 reportable 30 reportable 40 not reportable

First operation is position 20 and position 30. To the other position a report is possible, but not mandatory. Therefore these are not taken into account at check of rules. Active hmtoggle_plus1 Determines, whether the operation is active and can be used

hmtoggle_plus1 Operation catalog In operation catalog this field is not available

hmtoggle_plus1 Routing In routing it can be set up depending on the quantity:

Yes - always active No - not active Quantity bigger - only active, if quantity exceeds the given value Quantity smaller - only active, quantity falls below the given value Quantity between - only active, if the quantity is between two given values

Thus you can activate a routing depending on the quantity

Example: Depending on the quantity, a certain resource is to be used

until 10 kg (active quantity < 10 kg): Resource "small bowl", planned duration: 10 minutes from 10 kg (active quantity > 10 kg): Resource "big bowl", planned duration: 20 minutes

Field description The value is saved in aktivformel with the following configuration Kennung=Wert1=Wert2 G = "Quantity bigger" K = "Quantity smaller" Z = "Quantity between" N = "Not active" J = "Active" (Default)

If the field is empty, the entry is treated as active. Example: Only active for quantity between 10 and 20 "Z=10=20"

hmtoggle_plus1 Pre-calculation In Pre-calculation there is an active-field and a "only if quantity" .... The second field has the same meaning as in routing. The operation is only active, if the condition is met.

hmtoggle_plus1 Work order Only active routing positions are transferred to the work order. If you select in Configuration wizard, to accept inactive routing positions as well, these will be transferred to the work order, and deactivated. You cannot logon to these operations and they do not cause time demand.

This switch can be diabled manually.

Description Description of the activity. It can have several lines, (max. 16 000 characters) Via right click an external editor is opened.

Variants, Place holders Using place holders the description can be generated at run time. Further information see Formulas, Tables, Variables

External operations For external operations the entered text is transferred to the service description. Further information see collective order - description. Format needs to be considered. Setup for calculation Setup time for lead time calculation Mach+Labor time/unit Mach+Labor time/unit V-A ... V-X hmtoggle_plus1 Short variants. Set hooklet to make this row available as variant Right click on the title row:

  • selection: all
  • selection: delete This is to select/deselect the check boxes for all lines. Instructions hmtoggle_plus1 Additional text field The field "statements" can be edited in Routing position using the editor icon above the field "designation". The icon turns red, once a text was stored. You can use different text format, set up in Configuration wizard. Note: Changing the format here, has no effect in existing entries. (beas 9.1 PL: 07)
