Field Meaning Supplier Default supplier. If this is specified, it is loaded by default in purchase orders or quotations and the pricing considers the special price list of the supplier if no price was specified for unit price. Suppliers are available depending on settings "select supplier"

For purchasing a service always a non-inventory-managed item is used. No material is posted, except if provision parts are used.

Note If "consider price list" is enabled, "Price factor" is hidden, as prices in price list are always stored per warehouse unit of the service item. Minimum price hmtoggle_plus1 Minimum price is specified here If the total unit price is below the minimum price, the value specified here is used. Example: €10 € per 1000 units, minimum €30 For 1000 units €30 is calculated (minimum price) For 10000 units €300 is calculated (unit price higher than minimum price) Transport price hmtoggle_plus1 Transport surcharge payable per transport lot size. Example: €10 € per 1000 units, minimum price €30, transport price €100, lot size 5000 1000 units are €30 + €100 transport price = 130 € For 10000 units: €300 � + €200 �transport price (2 x lot size) = €500 � Transport lot size The quantity specified here can be sent per transport. See transport price Currency Specifies the currency in which the amounts are expressed. If no currency is used, the home currency is used. Usually you purchase in units of the service item, as prices are stored in this unit

In the purchase usually the warehouse unit of the service item is indicated. There you define the conversion factor between consumption unit of the item to be produced and the warehouse unit of the service item.

Conversion rule: Consumption unit : conversion factor = unit of purchase

Example: Consumption unit of the assembly: pieces warehouse unit service item: kg Conversion factor: 3

For a requirement of 60 pieces a 20 kg of service items (60 : 3) needs to be purchased

Additional fields in Pre-calculation Warehouse Determines the warehouse of the service item. This is required for pricing, if you work with "price per warehouse" from Quantity / Price Only visible, if "consider price list" was activated. Up to 4 quantity depending prices can be entered. Quantities are given in units of the service item.
