Entities Warden

The Warden entity is vital in sandbox games as it enables other key staff entities to be hired. Depending on the Warden chosen, a status effect will be applied to the whole prison (see Notes below).

##Notes

Since PA 1.0 release it's possible to 'choose your warden'. Each of the available wardens has a trait with a prison-wide effect:

  • The Warden: This is the default warden from the Alpha releases, he has no effect on the prison
  • The Lobbyist: Through his connections, he ensures that less troublesome prisoners come to your prison
  • Rita: Authoritarian who boosts suppression and nerfs fearless and stoic traits
  • J.W. Perriwinkle: An old soldier who trains dogs how to fully discover tunnels
  • Saphara Acknova: Your prison gets a cut from all contraband sales, and any prisoner found with contraband will be fined for additional profits
  • The Pacifist: Calms your prisoners, reducing anger levels in the prison

###data/scripts/

Note: Scripts should be able to determine which warden type is active via the SubType property. It's not yet known which SubType relates to which warden, and it's not yet known whether changing SubType will change the prison-wide status effect.
