The Primitives category of the node palette.
Add these from Primitives in the node menu. Each links to its own page.
Point - a single point from an X and Y.
Point: Polar - a point from a radius and an angle, around a center - the clean way to place on a ring or spiral.
Segment - a finite edge between two points.
Line - the infinite line through two points (a long line, not a finite segment).
Ray - a half-line from each start point, through a second point, extended infinitely.
Arc - a circular arc from center + start + end points; pairs point lists index-for-index.
Elliptical Arc - an arc of an ellipse (center + major + minor) from a start point to an end point; pairs point lists index-for-index.
Circle: Center Radius - a circle at each center; radius from a number, an arc/circle's radius, or a segment's length; or wire a value Field into Radius for per-circle image-driven halftones.
Circle: Apollonius - every circle tangent to, or through, three given things: point, circle, arc, line, segment or ray. A Radius above 0 replaces the third. All solutions come out as a collection, largest first.
Circle Tangent to... - a circle at a center, sized to touch another object: a circle, arc, segment, ray or line.
Circle: Center Point - a circle at each center through a second point on it (radius = the distance between them).
Circle: 3 Points - the circle through three points (circumcircle); pairs point lists index-for-index.
Ellipse - a filled ellipse from center + a major-axis point + a minor-axis point; pairs point lists index-for-index.
Rectangle: XY-Aligned - an axis-aligned rectangle from two opposite corners; pairs point lists index-for-index.
Rectangle: Directed - a rectangle from two adjacent corners (one edge); width from a Through point (far edge passes through it) or a signed perpendicular Width; pairs point lists index-for-index; or wire a value Field into Width for image-driven bar heights (sampled at each base-edge midpoint).
Square - a square from two adjacent corners (one side); width = the side length; pairs point lists index-for-index.
Regular Polygon: Edge - a regular polygon whose first side is the two points you give it.
Regular Polygon: Center - a regular polygon around a center, sized by a second point read as a corner or as the middle of a side.
Rectangular Grid - points + segments outputs.
Oblique Grid - a lattice on two arbitrary directions: parallelogram, rhombic or hexagonal cells.
Triangular Grid - an equilateral triangular lattice; like Grid but with a single spacing (points + segments outputs).
