A single point from an X and Y.
Category: Primitives | Add menu: Primitives > Point
- X (number): the horizontal coordinate of the point, in mm.
- Y (number): the vertical coordinate of the point, in mm.
- Point (point): the point at those coordinates.
Makes a point from two numbers. The usual starting block when something in the graph needs a position that is not already on the canvas: a center to rotate about, an axis end, a corner to pin an image to.
Because X and Y are ordinary number sockets, they can be driven by anything: a slider, a Math result, a measurement taken off your drawing. That is the difference from placing a point by hand, which stays where you put it.

- In the modeling view: Point - draw the same point directly on the canvas.
