Copy geometry stepped by a typed X/Y offset (n copies), each a distinct group; the numeric twin of Move.
Category: Transform | Add menu: Transform > Translate XY
- Geometry (any): the shape(s) to step into copies.
- X (number): the horizontal offset between successive copies, in mm.
- Y (number): the vertical offset between successive copies, in mm.
- Count (number): how many copies to make; copy k lands at k x (X, Y).
- Add OG (on/off): also keep the original in place alongside the copies.
- Geometry (any): the copies as a list, each a distinct group.
Steps geometry into a row of copies by a typed offset. X and Y set how far each copy lands from the one before, and Count says how many.
The same job as Move, with numbers instead of two points. Reach for this when you know the spacing, and for Move when the step should be measured off geometry you have already drawn. Add OG keeps the original in place alongside the copies.
