Field Ministry Manager

The Field Ministry Manager allows you to organise and maintain your congregation’s field ministry meeting arrangements. You can create multiple meetings for different days, set times and locations, and assign conductors.

How to Access

You can access this feature in two ways:

  • Database → Field Ministry Manager
  • Toolbar → Field Ministry Manager

Using the Field Ministry Manager

The Field Ministry Manager displays your meeting arrangements using a tab control bar, with each tab representing a separate meeting (e.g., Meeting 1, Meeting 2). Meeting numbers are assigned automatically and cannot be edited.

Field Descriptions

The following fields are available in the Field Ministry Manager:

Field Description
Day of Week Select the day for the meeting (Sunday through Saturday).
Meeting Tabs Each tab represents a meeting. Use + to add a meeting and to remove the selected one. Tabs are numbered automatically.
Time of Day Set the meeting time using the spinner control.
Location Enter or edit the meeting location.
Conductor Choose a conductor from the dropdown list or type custom text.
Location Map Opens additional location‑related options, such as map details.

Additional Features

You can optionally enable Save as default arrangements, which stores the current meeting configuration as the default layout for future use.

How to Add and Manage Meetings

  1. Click + to add a new meeting tab.
  2. Switch between meetings by selecting the appropriate tab.
  3. Adjust the Day of Week, Time of Day, Location, and Conductor as needed.
  4. Enter custom conductor names directly into the field if required.
  5. Use to remove any meeting you no longer need.
