Welcome to the ADHD-Geeks wiki!

Under construction

I want to make something useful, I like others say me what I do wrong. But I in my mind I believe this can work if managed properly, there’s big projects based on Git and wikis that have lots of content. There’s

I but I’m failing at managing and motivating the people, because I need to moptivate myself in TOO MANY THINGS. It’s like a circular issue that makes me everything to go wrong. I want to improve myself and help others to improve, because surpassing this "personal stupidity" can be an useful experience I would use to help others.

I want this to be some kind of self-organized support and study group, but I’m not sure how to make it happen and I need to improve myself in order to achieve it and motivate others.

Ramblings:

Alternative pedagogical/didactical approachs/concepts for ADHD people and specially adults

  • links:wiki/inductive-chain-learning[Inductive Chain Learning]:

    • An advanced example is [https://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Project_Euler](http://projecteuler.net/, named after Leonhard Euler and created by Colin Hughes (nicknamed euler too).

      • It’s a website dedicated to a series of over 500 computational problems with a progressive difficulty and intended to be solved by using computer programming.

      • It attracts adults and students interested in mathematics and computer programming and gained notability worldwide, with over 500,000 users around the world that solved at least one problem.

  • links:wiki/constructivism[Seymour Papert’s Constructivism: He based his pedagogy on classic ideas (I’ll try to expand this later). It seeems he did invent the logo programming language to teach computer programming to children.

  • Forrest Mims is mentioned very positively. I reckon their notebooks are quite artsy and the handwritten esthetic makes it interesting. I don’t know enough his works, but I would like to know the opinion of others.

  • Art of Electronics (recently 3rd edition) and authors: The book seem interesting, but too big!

    • When will they make the movie? ;)

    • I’m sincerely interested in reading an old 2nd edition I have, but I’m doing nothing about my studies and looking at too much stuff.
