Biography
Moreau joined Parafield's fuel cell design team in the early 1980s after completing her doctorate, working on ablator tolerances before transferring to operations. She knew the receptacle hardware better than almost anyone on shift, having helped specify the ejection bolt assemblies years earlier.
She was on shift in Sector B when the primary SCRAM failed and the thermal index climbed toward 10.0. She joined the four person ejection team that manually released all four fuel cells into the borated pit within the synchronization window, stalling the reactor.
She was transported to the hospital in extremely critical condition. No further records have been recovered.
Personality
Exact, dry, impatient with guesswork. Reportedly the one who called the bolt timing during the ejection after Okafor started the count.
Relationships
- Daniel Okafor — Fellow ejection team member
- Tom Beckett — Fellow ejection team member
- Ana Kovac — Fellow ejection team member
