Timer_Start(<Index>, <iPeriod>)
Sets up a countdown timer. Relic function included in the SCAR_Util.lua file.
Note: this function is defined in "data\scripts\scar\scar_util.lua".
<Index>: the index number of the timer; it can be an integer or a string.
<iPeriod>: the period in seconds.
