SobGroup_AllowPassiveActionsAlways(<sSobGroupName>, <bSet>)
Overrides the game logic and allows passive actions (such as docking, launching or building ships) for all ships in <sSobGroupName>, even in hyperspace.
Note: not really a good idea. Used in Level 1 to enable docking on the mothership when it is docked with tanis.
SobGroup_AllowPassiveActionsAlways("Mothership", 1)
<sSobGroupName>: the name of the sobgroup.
<bSet>: 0 is disable, 1 is enable.
